Chipset

My next character in Cyberpunk 2020 will have three chips like this

The core parts of the Amiga is the CPU and the chipset. For CPU a m68k is used. The chipset consists of several chips that offload the main CPU. In the newer models there was updated generations of the chipsets. The three generations are: OCS, ECS and AGA.

    • Agnus - The memory and bus channel chip the keep track of the other two.

    • Denise - Graphic chip.

    • Paula - Audio chip.
